The above setting looks OK, but this is to connect a laptop to laptop of phone connection.
You should try to deactivate it from the devicemanager.

The below one should be active to be in DHCP mode, but is not.

Well I found the answer. You cant uninstall it but you can disable it and its gone from device manger. First open up Command Prompt in admin(by right clicking it and select run as admin in windows 7,vista). Stop it by typing this without quotes "netsh wlan stop hostednetwork" then disable it
"netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=disallow".
Now rejoice in not having it in device manger.

The next site will inform you about getting a static assigned IP, you should go the other way.
I use the site only to show you screenshots and what you would/could see.

I would recommend to uninstall all wireless adapters first, then reboot and finally to install the drivers again.

Further you have defined some tunnels. If possible I would uninstall them as well. First you have got the wired LAN working.
Next step is to get the WLAn running. A third step is to start again with the tunnels.

What are these tunneladapters doing here? Are you running a VPn? Can you uninstall it first?

i don t know i did exactly what you told me i restarted and tried to connect but i failed and i wrote in the cmd ipconfig and i copied it so i can let you see. that is all.
is there a way that you can fix it yourself by allowing you to acces my computer by distance?

How to remove the unwanted Tunnel Adapters via Device Manager:

(This solution has been tested and confirmed to work)

Open Start Menu
Type In: Device Manager
Select Device Manager
Click the View menu from the top
Select Show Hidden Devices (Must be check before continuing)
Scroll down and expand Network Adapters
Right-Click a duplicated Microsoft 6to4 Adapter or Microsoft ISATAP Adapter
Select Uninstall
Click OK for the pop-up warning message
Repeat and repeat for each of the unwanted duplicated adapter
Close Device Manager when finish

What is noticed in you comment, that there was an IP adress assigned to the PC: IPv4-adres. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.20

wij weten al dat de Huawei bedraad wel internet access geeft. Draadloos werkt het niet, en ergens eerder in de draad stond dat de WLAN kaart op vast IP adres staat/stond.

In #13 had de WLAN adapter wel een IP adres, maar nog geen werkend internet.
Uit deze situatie mag je advies geven.

Volgens mij heb ik een stukje overgeslagen van dit verhaal...Pfft

Anyway...
Check your firewall or security software. They can block your internet access.
If you want to check for sure if this is a software issue, then boot in to Windows Safe Mode [F8] en test there the internet connection.
